Output: When user submit a form, the system will efficiently return the prediction result, including protein name, the position of site, flanking amino acids, position in sequence, SVM probability and confidence status of our predefined. A higher SVM probability indicates a higher probability of the phosphorylation of protein in the subcellular compartment.
